I got some lovely long bananas from tesco they must be over a foot long and very fat..would make anyones eyes water :blush:

and they were deliciouse too :yay:

never seen them that big before..must be down to global warming or something xx

It might depend where they come from. We have some big ones

here sometimes too. I like bananas and custered.

Ohhhh I love banana custard sprinkled with coconut - owwwwwww the very thought is making my mouth water.

As it happens Gran I made a banana nut bread last weekend to use up some brown ones. It was lovely, but I noticed it had disappeared - Ken had hidden it to have for his and only his breakfasts for a few days!
