to eat over the Christmas holidays?

Christmas Day will be traditional - turkey & trimmings

but I'm stuck for what to have Christmas Eve. We usually have Mexican but Nadine has asked for something else this year - ok, BUT WHAT?

Want something simple and I don't want to be slaving over the stove all day - so perhaps something in the slow cooker - will have to get my books out.

Love

Di

Your slow cooker meal sounds good.

We will have take away" Sub Way' i expect as we will be busy
getting ready for the xmas day rush. I am cooking a tot of things the day before, like the 40 roast potatoes  that i will peel first and potato and pumpkin bake and the trifle and whip the cream and anything else i can do a head of time.
Aimee is bringing a glazed ham i think she will cook here and a rolled turkey.

Afraid I'm not much help in this dept. What I do is go to M&M's a famous frozen food place and buy all my entrees and appetizers and just heat them in the oven :yay:
